I applied for a 2 mths break from work and wanted to go for a longer trip to somewhere I've not been before. After thinking and researching for a long time, Okinawa seemed interesting! I thought I could take a ferry from Okinawa to some of the islands on the way to Kagoshima. But I didn't really want to be lugging my large luggage all over and so decided to base myself in a few areas while travelling out to other areas for day trips.
During this trip I learnt more about myself and how I perceive myself currently. I am glad that I pushed myself to do things that I was hesitant to. I was also blessed to meet kind people who helped me out along the way :)
